June 26 Last Day of School, Dismissal at 10:30 AM
ACADEMIC AWARDS & HONOR ROLL BREAKFAST: JUNE 24th, 2019
Here is the schedule for this year’s awards ceremonies–all three ceremonies will be held on June 24th so that families don’t need to come to the school on multiple days:
The Grades 4 and 5 Academic Awards ceremony will take place at 8:15 AM in the Middle School Cafe. All families of 4th and 5th graders are invited to attend and a bus will be provided to take younger siblings to the Elementary School. Every 4th and 5th graders will be receiving a reward.
The Honor Roll Breakfast will take place at 9:00 AM in the Middle School Cafe. Honorees are 6th, 7th, and 8th graders who earned Honor Roll or High Honor Roll during the 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd marking periods, as designated on their quarterly report card. All students who have achieved this honor received a personal invitation and parents/guardians received an email from Eileen Christiano. If your child didn’t bring home an invitation and you have questions about whether your child achieved Honor Roll/High Honor Roll for all of the first three marking periods, please email me at email@example.com
The Grades 6 and 7 Academic Awards ceremony will take place at 10:00 AM in the Middle School Cafe. Families of students receiving awards will be emailed to let them know that their child will be earning an award.
SHORTENED DAYS THIS WEEK
This week we will have shortened days. On 6/24 and 6/25, MS students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM. On 6/26, MS students will be dismissed at 10:30 AM.
LOST & FOUND
This week, there will be tables set-up in the cafe with all lost and found items. The tables will be set-up until dismissal on June 24th, our awards ceremony day, after which point items will be donated.
HAVE A DISMISSAL CHANGE?
If you are making dismissal changes, we ask that you please call the office by 1:30 PM. Calls that come in after this time, delay our dismissal process. Calls that come in during dismissal can delay our buses leaving at the end of the day. Please let me know if you have any questions.
